An error message appears on your RISO machine?

If the error concerns your RISO duplicator, please refer to the "Troubleshooting" section in your user guide.

If it is related to your RISO printer, download the corresponding troubleshooting guide:

Identify the problem that has occurred. If it appears in the list provided, make sure you carry out all the recommended checks and then make the adjustments indicated.
