I. INTRODUCTION

In the present privacy policy, we inform you of the way in which we collect and use your personal data.

As controller, RISO FRANCE is responsible for your personal data.

When you access one of our services, you may have occasion to supply your personal data by completing a registration form.

1. The data that you transmit to us directly

You may have occasion to communicate your personal information to us. This data includes, in particular:

We can also obtain data relating to you in other ways. We also collect information when you log in. This includes: login history, IP address.

The collection of such data is a legal obligation and the storage period is of a minimum of six months

3. Exclusion of all sensitive data

We do not collect any sensitive data about you. The following are considered to constitute sensitive data: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs. If such information were to be communicated in some way or other to RISO FRANCE, then it would be erased immediately.

IV. THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We have various relations with you and, as a function of these, we use your personal data to:

  • provide, activate and manage your access to our services
  • process and reply to inquiries, subscriptions, orders
  • provide technical support
  • notify you of information and news
  • notify you of modifications, updates and other product-related announcements

 

V. SHARING DATA

We may share your personal data with our subsidiaries and sales staff who wish to send you information or contact you within the framework of the contractual relations with you.

 

VI. STORAGE PERIOD FOR YOUR DATA

Your personal data is stored for the period set out in the legal provisions and for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We regularly review the information which we have in our possession. If its storage is no longer justified by the legal requirements or requirements associated with the purpose of processing or if you have availed yourself of a right to modification or erasure then we will delete it.

As controller, we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in conformity with the applicable legal provisions. We do everything we can to ensure a level of security that is appropriate in relation to the risk of processing personal data

You have the right to access your personal data. You can also demand the rectification, updating or erasure of your data.

You can demand to exercise your right concerning the portability of your data.

You can therefore exercise your rights by contacting the data protection officer by e-mail.
