An error message is displayed on your RISO printer?

These troubleshooting guides describe the measures to be taken in the event of a paper jam, how to change consumables, the proper use of accessories or other problems. If your error is present in the list below, make sure that you perform all the recommended checks and make the appropriate settings as indicated.
